 There is a misconception that any animal discarded by their original owners must have had issues the previous owner found undesirable. It is a sad reality that a lot of dogs (and cats) are purchased on impulse. Adopting an animal requires a special kind of love and patience. A family must be understanding and patient as your new family member learns to adjust to his/her new household.
