I do a lot a hiking with my girl Scala. When I end up lying on my back underneath her for somemething traped in her fur, or exploring up in her large paws for a possible cut I look at this loving dog who weighs as much as me and thank the heavens for a hands on breeders like Gen whos dogs are so used to being handled. Scala sees hands on as my duty as a loving Mom and isn't happy without it, even if not needed. She returns the care by washing ears, face, feet diligently and anything else her wicked tongue can dart out and reach. Thanks Gen, I know how much hard work and love you lavish on your pups and dogs. It shows for years and years and years. |

Hi Gen! Thank you again for sending Raina home with me back in August, 2001. She has been a tremendous addition to our family. With three pre-schoolers in the house, we can't say enough about having a Leo who can play with the children (and put up with them!). We look forward to Raina's first litter in the new year - we're very grateful to you and Hans for your assistance both planning the breeding and placing the puppies. More pictures will be on the way soon... |
